Rest is the best

Sometimes, the best thing to do is to sleep on things…

Beyond that, I went to the gym this morning for the Core Circuit Training class, and ran a 5k tonight with the High Valley Runner’s club. It amazed me how out of shape I was in for that run, my cardio sure took a beating. Luckily we finished running just as a huge thunderstorm came through. I couldn’t believe how close the lightning was, and how much it filled the sky. We also lost power, but it’s back on now.

Ready for rest and a clearer head tomorrow.
