I can’t stress enough to myself and to those around me how necessary it is to take a look in the mirror and discover who you are.
If you can’t take care of yourself first, how will you be able to help those around you?
Find your strengths, your passions and your desires. Go after your dreams. Realize your limitations and your weaker points, accept and embrace them. We are all unique and interesting human beings, and there’s a purpose for each and every one of us out there—it’s just up to us to discover them for ourselves.
Tomorrow morning starts at 6 am for me, as will the rest of the week. My goal is to start going to the gym before work and get myself into a better routine.
